Tricia Frey is a versatile author known for her memoir, River Love: The True Story of a Wayward Sheltie, a Woman, and a Magical Place Called Rivershire, which was published in 2020. In this heartfelt memoir, she shares the tale of her beloved sheltie and their adventures at Rivershire, her cherished home nestled along the Boardman River near Traverse City, Michigan.

Building on the success of her memoir, Tricia released a children's book titled Sheldon's Journey: The Story of a Sweet-Natured Dog in Search of His True Home in 2022. This book offers a delightful imagining of how her dear "wayward sheltie" found his way to Rivershire, captivating young readers with its heartwarming tale.

Expanding the reach of her works, Tricia also released an audiobook version of River Love in March of 2024, narrated by the author herself. This provides audiences with another engaging way to experience her touching story.

In addition to her writing endeavors, Tricia serves as the marketing director for Mission Point Press. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in various outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, enjoying beaches, and kayaking, which likely inspire her creative endeavors and love for nature evident in her writings.

Tricia is originally from northwest Ohio and graduated from Capital University in Bexley, Ohio.
